Therapy involves meeting regularly to see whether a psychological approach is helping or not. Treatment length can vary according to what is needed - it can be anywhere from a one-off meeting to weekly sessions.
It may also require occasional follow-up sessions to keep a focus on change in the long-term. It varies according to individual need.
The first one or two sessions are used to clarify the kind of help that is required and to develop a treatment plan to address the difficulties you have been having.
Initial assessment session (1 hour): £140
Further sessions (50 mins): £115
